12-Dec-2006: Peter Lynham: A Sad Loss

We are all
saddened by the death of Peter who was a member of the Wessex Karate
Academy (Portland dojo) for about eight years and achieved 1st kyu
status.
Peter was always enthusiastic about karate and
kobudo. Even though he dislocated his knee in the Goodwill Martial
Arts Festival in Cape Town and missed his 1st dan grading, he went on
to win a gold medal for Iri Kumi and a silver medal for kata. |
